Vanilla - contents of 1 vanilla bean split open and scraped clean or 3 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
dash of salt
1/2 cup lime juice
Brush glaze over sliced or chunked pineapple and grill on medium-low heat for 3 - 4 minutes on each side.
