Pie Crust

2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup water, ice cold

1. Combine flour, shortening and salt. Cut shortening through the flour until it's the size of peas.

2. Beat together egg, vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture and mix well.

3. For best results, refrigerate until chilled through.
