De-Freaking-Licious Cookies

Chocolate Chip - Toffee Cookies
1 lb butter (4 sticks)
1 cup sugar
2 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla
3 eggs
6 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 pkgs milk chocolate chips
1-2 pkgs toffee bits (Heath of Skor)

1. Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in baking soda and salt, then add flour. Mix well and add chocolate chips and toffee bits.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes.

*This recipe makes tons of dough. Cookies freeze well - if they last that long. If you half the recipe it makes a much more reasonable amount.

I got this recipe from my freshman roommate. They are sooooo good. I usually have them on my Christmas cookie plate!
