2 cups chicken, cooked, cubed
1/2 head chopped cabbage
OR 2/3 pre-packed shredded cabbage
OR 2/3 bag of coleslaw mix
2 packages of dry Ramen Noodles (just the noodles; chicken flavored packets are used later)
3 Tbsp sliced almonds, raw or lightly roasted
1 Dressing recipe (as follows)
Mix all ingredients and toss lightly. Serve cold.
Dressing:
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup salad oil
2 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp vinegar
2 packets of Ramen Noodle chicken seasoning
Mix all ingredients in a bowl before adding to salad ingredients.
