Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-sized chunks
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 Tbsp poppyseeds

1. Mix chicken, soup and sour cream together and put in a 9x13 casserole dish

2. Crush crackers and mix crackers with butter and poppyseeds. Crumble cracker mixture over chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degress for 30 minutes.
